Customer's needs and requirements are essential in order to succeed in lectures that are still a common form of teaching. All materials are prepared based on these needs taking both the field of Customer's economic activity and actual level of language command into account.

Lessons for individuals are also possible.

General English is aimed to give people working knowledge of English in the following four skills: mainly speaking and comprehension, but also writing and reading with a stress put on vocabulary. Additionally, spelling, conversations and grammar are touched on. General English lessons help develop and improve effective and easy communication.

Business English is focused on issues concerning business activity in a modern company, such as contacts with clients, transactions, offers, orders and their executions, meetings, negotiations, promotions, competition and finding new markets, spedition and transportation, secretarial work.

The following fields are covered under Business English:
- Commercial Correspondence - principles of wriring commercial correspondence including inquiries, replies and quotations, orders, payment documents, complaints and adjustments, transportation and shipping documents, electronic correspondence.
- Office English - telephoning and receptionist techniques, writing and reading numbers, chairing and participating in a meeting, writing reports and minutes, preparing presentations, in-company communication including writing memos.
- English for Business - vocabulary related to business, economics and politics in a broad sense, which includes mainly diplomatic visits, international economic relations, fairs, contracts, economic activity. Press articles are widely used.
